IIN
will be present in Gitex Cairo which is firmly established as
the premier quality business event for the IT markets of North
Africa, the Levant and the Mediterranean. The exhibitors, who
came from over 20 countries, were highly impressed with the
quality of visitors and deals that resulted from their
participation- most notably, the Egyptian government signed
training and co-operation agreements with a number of foreign
companies.
Gitex
Cairo 2000 highlighted areas of co-operation between Egypt and
the UAE, particularly in the field of IT. Egypt has launched the
Smart Villages project, while Dubai Internet City will help
relay Egyptian technology to the Near East. Dubai provides
traders with access to nearby Asian markets, while Egypt links
Middle East traders with the expanding new markets in the
Mediterranean and North Africa.
Leading
experts will participate in a three-day conference, which runs
alongside the exhibition. They will introduce you to the
features, benefits and applications for the technologies in a
range of simple, easy to understand presentations.
