Training and Support

 Training is the most important factor in enhancing the culture of information usage. At IIN, we have extensive training programs for the followings:

 

Librarians and Information Services Staff: We can run many different training programs for this group in order to familiarize those who require with the latest in the IT field. The programs are run jointly with International Publishers.

 

Users: Users can be trained in groups or individually at their own sites. Our experience has shown that training is an essential factor in ensuring a high level of usage, and thus guaranteeing the soundness of the investment made.

 As IIN delivers a wide variety of information in an integrated environment, all training programs have two aspects. In one hand they train the users by introducing the concepts particular to a product and also giving sufficient hands-on practice. On the other hand, the programs teach the integrated aspects of the products.

 

Similar to training, support is highly critical for our clients. Depending on your requirements, we offer three types of support:

 

Support Center: In our site, we have placed a large number of electronic user manuals, multimedia training packages, and other essential resources for the products. There are also presentation packs and Q&A lists for self-study.

 

At Site Support: For larger institutes, one trained staff will act as the first line of support.

 

24 Hour Hot Line Support: Help is at hand by one call to our support line. This is a 24*7service

 

Special Mobile Support Team: Our highly experienced support team  is ready to come to your site whenever required.
